This information is specified by the participant during registration and also can be asked by pop-up message upon entry to the booth. This easily allows guidelines from EFPIA and other professional bodies to be followed. Virtual booths allow the opportunity to present a wide variety of content to participants. Options are available for the following content types: • Video library: Videos displaying products and innovations can be published by the sponsor. • PDF library: Promotional PDFs can be published by the sponsor. • Link library: Links can be added that can be opened in a new window. • Live room: Live rooms allow participants to video chat live with the sponsor. Opening hours of the live room are decided by the sponsor. • Meetings: Meetings are able to be scheduled be scheduled, using a calendar tool. The exhibition will remain open for 3 months following the conference (some functionalities such as live rooms will not be available). Companies can choose to leave their booth open during this time, or can close the booth early if they desire. Included in the exhibition will also be a ‘Relax’ area containing a series of quick at- home video yoga sessions, where participants can relax in between the scientific sessions. Note that participants can opt to not share their details with the industry during registration, in accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation.
